SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order before it ships.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are handled and shipped from our international warehouses (including our facility in China).

  • Peak Seasons: Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Important: Please ensure you select the correct model, color, and address when ordering. Once an order is in our system, modifications are difficult to make.

2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking Your Order: It is the customer's responsibility to track the package via the provided link.

  • Missed Deliveries: Please keep an eye on your tracking status. If a package is returned to us because the receiver failed to claim it, failed to pay customs duties, or provided an incorrect address, Frixora will not be able to provide a free refund or replacement.

3. DELIVERY

Your order will typically be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier.

  • Standard Delivery: In most areas, the package will be received with your regular mail.

  • If You Are Not Home: If you are not present during delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card advising you on how and where to collect your delivery.

4. TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

  • These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

  • Responsibility: Payment of these charges and taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Frixora.

  • For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

5. CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

6. CURRENCY & FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Checkout Currency: While our store may display prices in your local currency for your convenience, all transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars) at the checkout page.

Exchange Rates:

  • If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website.

  • Foreign Transaction Fees: You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate or any fees your bank may charge you.

7. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Need to make a change? Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.

  • Processing Window: We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed, packed, or shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • Cancellation Fee: Please note that cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover merchant charges.
