Key Features and Benefits
One size fits most
The one size fits most is suitable for most men and women who are of normal to overweight. Thanks to the adjustable design, the straps can be adjusted to thighs with a circumference of up to 30 inches.
Low profile & lightweight
The offloading brace is lightweight, flexible, and has a sleek design, equipped with foam padding and medically shaped plastic to minimize skin irritations and sensitivities.
Reduces pressure on your knee joint either on the inside (medial) or outside (lateral).
This varus-valgus corrector adapts to your needs and provides excellent stability at a low weight by reducing pressure on the inner or outer side of your knee. You can adjust the support for the outside (lateral) or inside (medial) using the provided tools. The support struts run vertically, preventing the knee from buckling.
Closure straps for easy and quick attachment
The strap system allows for individual adjustment and also includes closure straps for fast and uncomplicated attachment.
Integrated anti-slip grips to prevent slipping
The inner side is designed to be slip-resistant, providing a secure hold throughout the day.
Includes optional flexion and extension inserts to control the range of motion.
Integrated flexion and extension inserts prevent excessive bending and overextension. The adaptability of the ROM knee brace addresses the most common injuries and ensures postoperative support after a procedure.

Important Notes
- Knee discomfort due to osteoarthritis
- Changes in meniscus tissue
- Tibial plateau fractures, avascular necrosis, and repairs of cartilage defects are examples of non-compartmental knee problems that require pressure reduction.
- Any non-contact activity
Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions does this knee compression brace treat? Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee, cartilage degradation in the knee joint due to bone-on-bone contact, meniscus displacements, and unicompartmental knee issues that require pressure reduction, such as avascular necrosis, cartilage defect repair, or tibial plateau fractures, can become less painful with the osteoarthritis knee brace.
Who can use the ROM brace? When purchasing, simply select the right or left leg; it is universal and fits most patients easily. The straps can be adjusted to accommodate thicker thighs up to a circumference of 30 inches.
How do I choose the right size? Sit on a chair with your leg extended and use a flexible measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your leg six inches above and below the center of the patella. We recommend asking a friend or relative for help to get the most accurate measurements. To select the right size, please refer to our size chart in the images provided above.
How should the brace be applied? Position strap 1 while sitting. Attach straps two to four in this order. If the straps are uncomfortable, adjust their position. Use tools for precise adjustments. Check for comfort by trying it on again.
What size hex key is needed? Your purchase includes all necessary tools, but if the hex key is lost, you can easily use a standard 3.0 hex key.
Can this brace be worn over clothing? This OA brace can be worn directly on the skin or over clothing. Its comfortable shape reduces the risk of skin irritations and sensitivities.
How tall is this brace? 14.5 inches.
What is this brace made of? The outer fabric is made of propylene polymer, and the straps are equipped with polyester buckles. Lightweight metal with stainless steel rivets forms the stabilizing support. All parts are latex-free.
How long should I wear it? The knee brace is comfortable to wear while standing, sitting, or engaging in non-contact activities. For specific application instructions, please consult your doctor.
Washing instructions: Remove the inserts, padding, and straps. Close all hook-and-loop fasteners before washing. Straps should be hung to dry after hand washing in cold water with mild soap.
